AR01 Annual Return
Details and information regarding all private and public limited companies is held by Companies House and is made available to the public. Companies are obliged to ensure that they keep Companies House updated whenever details change.
Every company is required to provide an annual return every year, confirming that the information which Companies House has recorded on the official register is correct and up to date.
An annual return can be completed by filling in and returning this form to Companies House. There is a filing fee for submitting an annual return.
