CC05 Change of Constitution by Enactment
From time to time Parliament may enact legislation which has an effect on the articles of association of your company, either by making particular provisions void, requiring the addition of new provisions or altering the wording or effect of standard-form provisions.
When this happens, the officers of the company will need to prepare an amended and updated copy of the Articles of Association which includes all of these changes, and will need to notify Companies House by completing this form and providing a copy of the amended articles.
