CH02 Change of Corporate Director's Details
Every company must have at least one director who is a natural person (i.e. a human director), but additional directors can be companies. These are termed ‘corporate directors’.
Extensive records on each company registered in England and Wales are kept by Companies House, and these include details of the company directors. The company should alert Companies House at once whenever the information held on record becomes incorrect and needs updating. This form is specifically for use where a company needs to give notice that the details of a corporate director change.
Where you need to give notice of the change of details of an individual director, you should use form CH01 instead.
