CH03 Change of Secretary's Details

The company secretary is an official who has responsibility for ensuring that the company meets its legal obligations under the Companies Act and other legislation. The role may also carry a number of other responsibilities, such as the authorisation and certification of documents on behalf of the company and the management of general meetings.

Companies House keeps a record of everyone who is appointed to act as a company secretary, and it is important that these records are kept up to date. Whenever a company secretary’s details change, this form can be used to notify Companies House.
