LQ02 Notice of Ceasing to Act as an Administrative Receiver, Receiver or Manager
A company which has become insolvent and is unable to meet its liabilities may be subjected to the appointment of a manager, receiver, or administrative receiver to manage its assets for the benefit of its creditors.
When a person who has previously been appointed to act as a manager, administrative receiver or receiver but ceases to act, the company should inform Companies House as soon as possible that the appointee no longer has authority to deal with the company’s assets by completing and returning this form.
