N170 Listing Questionnaire Pre Trial Checklist
The Court has wide powers to manage the direction and progress of a claim, and it will give directions as to when and where hearings are to be scheduled, the timetable which the claim will follow, deadlines and timescales, the types of evidence which will be admitted at trial, and how long each side will be given to state their case.
This document should be used to provide the court with estimates of the length of time a claim is likely to take, costs, number of witness and any special requirements. It will assist the court in managing the progress of the case, and should be completed by all parties to the legal proceedings.
