N445 Request for re-issue of warrant

Whenever a party to legal proceedings is awarded judgment it is often necessary to obtain a warrant which enables him to enforce that judgment.  In most cases warrants must be used within a certain period of time (for example, a Warrant of Committal is usually valid for 2 years), failing which they expire

Sometimes it is not possible to make use of a warrant within the time period specified, or an attempt has been made to enforce judgment but this has been unsuccessful. In these circumstances the party to whom the warrant is granted can ask the court to re-issue it using this form.
