Business Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services

Terms and conditions are used by individuals or companies providing cleaning services, either to a domestic or business client. They cover the terms of payment, the responsibilities of both the service provider and the client, and liability for damage or defective service.

The supplier should also set out details of the precise service which will be provided, together with a detailed costing of this and any additional expenses, which will need to be reimbursed in a separate quotation. The quotation should address hourly rate, times at which cleaning will be undertaken, details of what is and is not included in the price and whether the services are recurring.
