This Road Law section of LAW on the WEB is now one
of the most-used areas on the web for legal information on motoring and road traffic offences (RTOs to
the legal profession). We cannot cover everything but we have done our best to
cover the "usual stuff". We also offer a unique personal service for
those who are concerned about the penalties they may face - we call it our Road
Reckoner. Plus we have launched a unique fixed
fee motorists' legal advice and representation scheme,
through a
panel of
specialist solicitors willing to help you out without breaking the bank,
including on the
telephone.
We have also recently completed some research into the true cost of getting points on your licence - its scary! Thankfully we have also found a way to help you get the best deal on your motor insurance if you have points - find out more here.
Our six headings in the Road Law Section cover....
