This Road Law section of LAW on the WEB is now one
of the most-used areas on the web for legal information on motoring and road traffic offences (RTOs
to the legal profession).
We cannot cover everything to do with motoring offences here, but we have done our best to
cover the "usual stuff".
Plus
some of the more unusual - such as when exactly are you deemed to be
"using a mobile phone"?
As part of our service we offer
free email advice for those who are concerned about the penalties they may face - we call it our Road Reckoner - click here for more info
plus you can also now get free telephone advice from our panel of specialist road traffic and motoring law solicitors - click here for more info
We also have a unique fixed fee motorists' legal advice and representation scheme, through our panel solicitors, who are willing to help you out without breaking the bank.
We have also recently completed some research into the true cost of getting points on your licence - its scary! Thankfully we have also found a way to help you get the best deal on your motor insurance if you have points - find out more here.
Our six headings in the Road Law Section cover....
