Unfair Dismissal Flowchart

Rather than a convoluted explanation of the law relating to unfair dismissal we thought we would put together a flowchart that you can work through. The current maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal claims is £58,400 (01/02/06), and £8,700 for the basic award.
