Fixed Price Legal Advice & Representation

A staggering 1.8 million of us will have points put on our driving licences over the next 12 months, but research suggests that an even more staggering 21 million of us will break the 30mph speed limit in the same period. The fact is that if you drive a vehicle then the chances are that at some time during your driving career you will, not only break the law, but you will also get caught.

For many of us it is the only time we have anything to do with the police and the courts, and it can be a daunting prospect, particularly if you want to contest the prosecution, or face serious problems, like losing your job, losing your licence, or even losing your liberty.

The aim of the motoring section of this website is to give you some knowledge of the law and the legal process, so that, where possible, you can help yourselves. Many people are happy to take a fixed penalty if it is offered, or attend at court themselves, but for others the help and advice of a specialist solicitor is needed. But costs are always a concern.

That is why we have got together with some of the best road traffic solicitors in the UK to provide a unique fixed fee legal advice and representation service for motorists, which includes expert advice by telephone for just £40. All of our panel solicitors have agreed to provide their expert help and advice following the Fixed Fee Menu below.
