Free Telephone Legal Advice for Motorists

"3 points and a small fine. They were very sympathetic to my case and it helped to be prepared - will certainly recommend you to any friends that find themselves in a similar position." Ms C March 05

There are many solicitors who "dabble" in road traffic law, and plenty of general legal helplines available, but they are not manned by motoring specialists.

Our free telephone advice service is provided by our panel of specialist motoring solicitors, so
you will be talking to someone who knows their DR10 from their SP30, and who you can really trust to tell you the best course of action to take when responding to an NIP, querying the legitimacy of a motoring charge or how best to keep any fine, points or disqualification to a minimum.

They have already helped more than 1,500 motorists!

"Many thanks for the service. Hopefully I won't need to use it again - but if I am unlucky enough to need help twice you'll be first point of contact next time!" Mr H May 06

The service now covers motoring offences which have occurred in England, Wales and Scotland.

"I am relatively relieved by this result and would like to thank you very much for your helpful and obviously very sound advice." Mr D March 2004, after being given telephone advice on how best to present his own plea in mitigation on a drink drive charge. He was fined £100 and given the minimum 12 month ban for a reading of nearly twice the legal limit.

There is no fee for this service and we will even get the solicitor to call you so you do not have to pay for the call as well. They will always try and call you at a time and place to suit you.

In order to request a call back (or we can give you a number to call if you'd prefer) we need you to let us have some basic information about you and your situation, so that you do not waste your time on the telephone giving these basic details. We have therefore prepared a simple online form for you to complete, which will only take you a couple of minutes. Just complete the form below and submit it to us.
