If you are an employee and we believe that you have a case then we can offer you
a no-win no fee agreement. In these agreements we take a percentage of any
damages recovered on your behalf as our costs. The percentage we deduct is 33%
including VAT plus disbursements (disbursements are payments we make on your
behalf for such things as medical reports).
You may also be insured and you should check your household or motor insurance
to see whether you are covered for employment claims.
If you are an employer we can negotiate a fixed fee for Tribunal representation.
We can also help with the drafting of contracts and staff handbooks.
