We are a successful and thriving defence practice. We both prosecute and defend. We have a crime franchise and actively promote our expertise and genuine interest in Road Traffic law.

We have solicitors present at both Teeside Magistrates Court and Guisborough Magistrates Court which covers most of the former County of Cleveland. We also cover Northallerton and Richmond, South Durham covering Newton Aycliffe, Darlington, Sedgefield, Bishop Auckland, and Durham, plus Hartlepool (which is actually part of Cleveland). 

We regularly travel to courts beyond those boundaries, particularly if the prosecution case is weak. We have been active in both Worcestershire, Newcastle, and Leeds in the past two years.
