telephone advice

updated 07 January 2008

There are many solicitors who "dabble" in wills and probate law, and plenty of general legal helplines available, but they are not manned by Wills & Probate Law specialists, who are familiar with the problems (and solutions) for people who are enmeshed in all the problems of acting as an executor or administrator of an estate or an intestacy; are having difficulty making a Will or a codicil to their Will; or want to make a claim against an estate.

Our fixed fee telephone advice service is provided by our panel of specialist Wills & Probate law solicitors, so you will be talking to someone who knows their stuff, and who you can really trust to tell you the best course of action to take in your particular situation.

The service currently only covers the law relating to estates in England & Wales.

The cost for the service is a flat fee of £40, inclusive of vat (£34.04 + £5.96), and we will even get the solicitor to call you so you do not have to pay for the call as well. They will always try and call you at a time and place to suit you if they can. For this flat fee you are entitled to up to 20 minutes of telephone advice on the matter you have detailed.

In order to request a call back (or we can give you a number to call if you'd prefer) we just need some basic information from you about your situation so that you do not waste your time on the telephone giving these basic details. We have therefore prepared a simple online form for you to complete, which will only take you a couple of minutes. You will be automatically directed to this online form when you return to our site once you have made your payment.

We use the well-recognised, safe and highly-regarded PayPal payment system to take your payment online. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use their system. You can also pay by credit/debit card through them. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or direct credit then email us and we will provide you with all the details you need.
