CH01 Change of Director's Details

The people responsible for the day-to-day management of a company are its directors. Directors can make decisions on the course of action which the company will take, enter into agreements, initiate legal proceedings and authorise business deals on behalf of the company.

Companies House maintains detailed records on each company which is registered with it, including information on the company directors and their contact details. Companies are obliged to ensure that Companies House is notified of any changes to company information as soon as possible, and they can notify Companies House about a change of director’s details using this form.
