Letter of Claim for Generic Failure to Supply Services with Reasonable Care

When we pay for someone to provide us with goods or services, it’s fair to have expectations of quality and competence from the supplier involved. When these standards are not met, then it is plainly clear that this is not acceptable and that’s why there are laws allowing us to seek recompense from the provider involved.

Under the Supply of Goods and Services Act, all companies and individuals who supply services on a commercial basis are required to act with reasonable care and skill when providing those services. If this requirement is breached, then it’s possible to make a claim for compensation or get the money you paid refunded.

This template letter can be used to demand compensation or a refund for breach of the duty contained in the act. It’s fully legally effective and easy to use – all you have to do is fill out your details.
