Q: A co-worker of mine keeps making false allegations against me and I think I might be facing dismissal because of it. What should I do?
A: I would suggest you raise a grievance against your co-worker as their allegations can be seen as malicious.
My employer gave me one month’s notice to improve my performance at work when the contract stated that I should at least have three months. I was then pressured by my employer to get better figures or else I would lose my job so I raised a grievance against him and now I fear he wants to fire me because of it. What are my rights?
read moreI am facing a potential redundancy situation but I would like to claim against my employer for breaching the terms of contract. I have worked there for 23 years and the contract includes 12 months notice and a bonus when faced with redundancy, yet my employer is trying to renegotiate the contract by reducing the salary, not giving notice and not paying the bonus. I was invited to a meeting yesterday afternoon and handed the notification of potential redundancy. The process is to be completed on Friday and at least four members of staff are to be affected. The meeting yesterday suggested that the salary would be reduced to a third. I have asked for further details about this before another meeting takes place. I believe that if I do not accept the reduction in salary then I will not get my notice period or bonus. This is not a discretionary right and the bonus is a substantial amount. What should I do about this situation?

I believe they are making negative changes to company sick pay and holiday pay. They want me to work every Saturday as part of the role requirement of a manager, and the business will also be open every bank holiday. How can I dispute this without my job being at risk?
