Q: My employer gave me one month’s notice to improve my performance at work when the contract stated that I should at least have three months. I was then pressured by my employer to get better figures or else I would lose my job so I raised a grievance against him and now I fear he wants to fire me because of it. What are my rights?

What options do I have in this situation?
