Q: A former tenant is getting letters from debt collection agencies. They have also used my address as the registered address for their business. What should I do?
A: Do not open the letters. Write to the address on the back and explain that the tenant has now moved out.

The tenants who lease the flat have now come directly to me for help. The upstairs neighbours are saying that they wish to rectify the situation but I feel this has become irreversible damage. What can I do about this situation?
