Q: My neighbour’s building extensions are causing a leak in my home but they have denied that it does. I got a surveyor to look at it and he claims that the extensions are the cause of the leak. My neighbour keeps saying that he’ll get someone to fix the leak, but has yet to do so; what should I do?
A: Firstly, acquire your surveyor’s report on the premises. Send a copy of this report to your neighbour and give then 14 days to fix the leak or you’ll take legal action against them by getting an independent third party to do the work and send them the cost of repairs.

I have not looked at my deeds of the plan yet but I would like to know who has ownership?
