Q: I was caught doing 35mph in a 30mph zone. I have had the option to go on a speed awareness course; however, I do not want to go and want to appeal. What advice can you give me on this matter?
A: It is up to you if you would prefer to appeal. You should try and provide evidence to support your position. Otherwise, accept the speed awareness course or take the penalty points and fine.

I was fined around £308. The man that unclamped my vehicle stated that there should be another sign there. Can I potentially go about disputing this car fine?
