Q: I have been caught speeding by the police and they have now sent me a ‘reminder’ letter to pay off the fine. I never received the first letter confirming my speeding ticket however. What is going to happen now?
A: In a case such as this, you would usually have a fourteen day time limit to respond to this letter. If the notice states that you have already received a letter when you haven’t; contact the police about this issue.
