Q: An employee has recently given me a vulgar letter of resignation underlining a principle cause for her resigning. I have already written to her accepting her resignation and addressing some of her concerns. Was this the right decision?

I have warned her that this could result in a dismissal. Is it okay to proceed to a dismissal?
