Read MoreI was informed that the tenants of the property had an altercation wherein one tenant threw their partners clothes from an upstairs window with some bleach. I went to the property and tried to enter as the door had been kicked in, and I called the police. I changed the lock as it looked like it may have been broken. I then had a call from a tenant trying to get back into the property and I arranged to meet her with the police for her to collect her items. I now have received a letter from solicitors about this tenant claiming that she had been evicted without notice from her property. I called the solicitors to explain the situation but I would like to check on what my next step should be.
