My neighbour’s bushes aren’t planted over my boundary line but they have now grown out so much that they do now. Do I have any legal rights to order them to take it down?
Read MoreI have a detached garage, and part of the garage is outside the boundary of my garden, on my neighbour’s property. The neighbour now has fast-growing ivy climbing it which has begun to invade the garage. I would like this removed and have asked the neighbour to cut it many times. Where do I stand on this?
Read MoreI own a lane which resides next to my house and my neighbours keep on parking in this lane. I have contacted the tenants and the owner of the property stating this and asking for a response but have not heard anything. I have also checked mine and my neighbour’s title deeds which states that they do not have the right. It is also dangerous as the land is only 2 cars wide and I cannot manoeuvre down the lane tidily with the cars parked there. Read MoreI have two issues with regards to my next door neighbour. 19 years ago my neighbour moved in and was doing renovations to the home. I gave permission for a temporary connection to be set up from my water supply. Since this time I have turned the water off many times and my neighbour has turned it back on repeatedly. My solicitor has suggested writing to my neighbour and informing them that the water will be turned off with the threat of an injunction against my neighbour preventing them from turning on the water. The second issue I have is that planning had to be approved and sound measures were imposed. An acoustic fence was one condition of this. Parts of the fence have been nailed onto fence posts and trees on my property. I have sent letters to my neighbour as instructed by my solicitor but would like to know what other action I can take with this.
