My employee has failed to show up for their disciplinary hearing. How should I proceed?
Read MoreOne of my employees suffers from epilepsy and has seizures without knowing. A neurological consultant says that it is sensible for her to lift children unsupervised, but not to lift children who are under the age of 3 - 4. I informed her of this and she feels that she is being discriminated against and is worried about losing her job. She also states that she felt intimidated giving me permission to consult her doctor. I have put this supervision in place on a temporary basis but I am not sure that I can accommodate this request for a longer duration due to lack of funds. In addition, I am not particularly satisfied with the answers I have received from her doctors.
