Read MoreOne of my employees (a nursery nurse) has requested to move positions within the company as a result of being unhappy with other members of staff that she works with. I recently had an informal meeting with her where she said she would feel more confident working in another room with different staff members. I took this into consideration and gave her more support in the room that she was in. A few weeks later it was brought to my attention again through another member of staff that this employee was still not happy working in that room. I then received a letter in writing stating that my employee was not happy to work in that room. She stated that she did not feel that the issue was urgent but she would need to be removed from the room soon as it was stressful and she believes that she would feel better working with a different age group of children in a different room. I discussed this issue with my manager and I feel that this will disrupt the whole structure of the nursery. What shall I do?
